WARNING

•

When this unit is shipped from the

factory, the brake is on. Release

the brake before installing the

guide bar and saw chain. You

cannot remove the chain cover

unless you release the brake. (F2)

The saw chain has very sharp

edges. Touching the edges

accidentally could cause injury.

When installing the saw chain,

wear thick protective gloves and

carry out the installation very

carefully.

・出厂状态下，链条制动器为开启状态，

进行安装前必须先解除制动。（参考图

示）如果不解除制动，链罩将无法拆卸。

・锯链缘非常锋利，如不慎接触可能会受

伤，操作时请戴上厚实的防护手套，谨

慎操作。

(1) 出厂状态

shipped from the factory.

锯链的张力必须始终保持在适当的状态下。

特别是新锯链在开始使用后链长延伸较大，

必须频繁地进行调整。

IMPORTANT

Be sure to keep the tension of the saw

chain appropriate at all times. Since a

new chain will stretch particularly after

first using it, check and readjust the

tension frequently. If the chain is too

slack, it could come off; if the chain is

too tight, it could cause rapid wear of

the guide bar, saw chain, clutch, etc.

松动的链条在使用中容易脱轨。与之相反，

链条过度张紧会导致导板、锯链及离合器

的过早磨损。

1. 拆下主体上的导板安装螺母，然后拆卸

链罩。链罩与主体间的缓冲材料（瓦楞

纸）不再需要，请将其扔掉。

1. Remove the guide bar mounting nuts

and remove the chain cover.

Dispose of the cushioning material

(cardboard) between the chain cover

and the main body.

2. After setting the guide bar to the

main body, place the saw chain on

the sprockets in the proper direction

and mount the saw chain in the

groove of the guide bar.

2. 将导板安放到主体上后，将链轮以正确

的朝向安装到链轮上，并嵌入导板的凹

槽内。

3. 将链条张紧器螺母装入导板上的圆孔内，

然后将链罩安装到主体上，暂时拧紧导

板安装螺母。

3. After inserting the chain tension

adjusting nut into the round hole of

the guide bar, install the chain bar

onto the main body and temporarily

tighten the guide bar mounting nuts.

●출하 상태에서는 체인 브레이크가 채

워져 있으므로, 브레이크를 해제한 후

본 항의 작업을 실행하십시오.(그림

참조) 브레이크를 해제하지 않으면

체인 커버를 분리할 수 없습니다.

●톱날 체인의 날은 예리하기 때문에 함

부로 만지면 부상을 당할 우려가 있습

니다. 가이드 바와 톱날 체인을 장착

할 때는 두꺼운 장갑을 착용하고 조심

스럽게 작업하십시오.

．出廠狀態下，鏈條制動器為開啟狀態，

進行安裝前必須先解除制動。（參考

圖示）如果不解除制動，鏈罩將無法

拆卸。

．鋸鏈緣非常鋒利，如不慎接觸可能會

受傷，操作時請戴上厚實的防護手套，

謹慎操作。

鋸鏈的張力必須始終保持在適當的狀態

下。特別是新鋸鏈在開始使用後鏈長延

伸較大，必須頻繁地進行調整。

鬆動的鏈條在使用中容易脫軌。與之相

反，鏈條過度張緊會導致導板、鋸鏈及

離合器的過早磨損。

톱날 체인의 장력은 항상 적정한 상태로

유지하십시오. 특히 새로운 톱날 체인은

사용하기 시작한 직후에 신장력이 크기

때문에, 자주 재조정을 해주시기 바랍니

다.

장력이 느슨하면 사용 도중에 톱날 체인

이 벗겨지기 쉬우며, 반대로 너무 강하

게 조이면 가이드 바나 톱날 체인, 클러

치 등의 조기마모의 원인이 됩니다.

1. 拆下主體上的導板安裝螺母，然後拆

卸鏈罩。鏈罩與主體間的緩衝材料

（瓦楞紙）不再需要，請將其扔掉。

2. 將導板安放到主體上後，將鏈輪以正

確的朝向安裝到鏈輪上，並嵌入導板

的凹槽內。

조정 너트를 끼운 후, 체인 커버를

본체에 장착하고 가이드 바 장착 너

트를 임시로 조여 주십시오.

3. 將鏈條張緊器螺母裝入導板上的圓孔

內，然後將鏈罩安裝到主體上，暫時

擰緊導板安裝螺母。

4. Lift up the tip of the guide bar, and

turn the chain tension adjusting

screw counterclockwise to tighten

the chain saw.

4. 抬起导板前端的同时，顺时针方向旋转

链条张紧器螺丝以调节锯链的张力。

(1) 前端抬起

(2) 松

(1) Lift up the tip of the guide bar.

(2) Loosen

(3) 紧

(4) 链条张紧器螺丝

(3) Tighten

(4) Tensioner screw

锯链的张力在导板前端抬起的状态下，按

以下标准调整。

While holding up the tip of the guide

bar, adjust the chain tension until the

tie straps just touch the bottom side

of the guide bar.

连结夹板（Tie strap）与导板下部轻微接

触。(F5)

5. After adjusting the chain tension,

tighten the guide bar mounting

nuts securely with the plug wrench

attached to this unit while lifting up

the tip of the guide bar.

5. 调整结束后，请在导板前端抬起的状态

下，用附属的火花塞扳手将导板安装螺

母切实拧紧。

［紧固扭矩］

11.8～14.7N・m（120～150kgf-cm）

[Tightening torque]

11.8 ~ 14.7 N·m {120 ~ 150 kgf-cm}

(1) 前端抬起

(2) 拧紧

(1) Lift up the tip of the guide bar.

(2) Tighten

6. Check that the saw chain moves

lightly by hand and that there is

not a large gap between the guide

bar and the saw chain. If the

tension is insufficient, loosen the

guide bar mounting nuts and

readjust them.

6. 确认锯链用手拨动是否顺滑及其与导板

间有无间隙，张力不适当时请松开导板

安装螺母再次调整。

(1) 轻轻旋转

(2) 没有间隙

(1) Turn lightly

(2) No gap

4.가이드 바의 앞쪽 끝부분을 들어올리

면서 체인 장력 조정 나사를 시계방향

으로 돌려 톱날 체인을 조여 주십시

오.

4. 抬起導板前端的同時，順時針方向旋

轉鏈條張緊器螺絲以調節鋸鏈的張力。

(1) 前端抬起

(2) 鬆

(1) 앞쪽 끝부분을 들어올린다

(2) 풀어 준다

(3) 緊

(4) 鏈條張緊器螺絲

(3) 조여 준다

(4) 체인 장력 조정 나사

톱날 체인의 장력은 가이드 바의 앞쪽

끝부분을 들어올린 상태에서 아래를 기

준으로 조정하십시오.

鋸鏈的張力在導板前端抬起的狀態下，

按以下標準調整。

連結夾板（Tie strap）與導板下部輕微接

觸。(F5)

가이드 바의 아래쪽에서 타이 스트랩이

가이드 바에 가볍게 닿을 정도 (F5)

5.조정이 끝나면 가이드 바의 앞쪽 끝부

분을 들어올리면서 부속되어 있는 플

러그 렌치로 가이드 바 장착 너트를

확실하게 조여 주십시오.

5. 調整結束後，請在導板前端抬起的狀

態下，用附屬的火花塞扳手將導板安

裝螺母切實擰緊。

11.8∼14.7N．m（120∼150kgf-cm）

11.8~14.7N·m(120~150kgf-cm)

6.톱날 체인이 손으로 가볍게 움직이고

가이드 바와의 사이에 눈에 띄는 빈틈

이 없는지 점검하며, 장력이 부적당한

경우에는 너트를 풀어 재조정하십시

오.

6. 確認鋸鏈用手撥動是否順滑及其與導

板間有無間隙，張力不適當時請鬆開

導板安裝螺母再次調整。

(1) 輕輕旋轉

(2) 沒有間隙

(1) 가볍게 회전한다

(2) 빈틈이 없다
